Rise and Renew Hypnotherapy offers tailored, empowering sessions guiding individuals towards positive change with my Warwickshire solution focused hypnotherapy service. My solution focused hypnotherapy sessions are available either face to face or online.
I can offer a private relaxing space, based in Galley Common, Nuneaton, Warwickshire with convenient parking, easy access and toilet facilities.
I offer my online session via various platforms such as Teams, Zoom and Facetime ensuring the same level of effectiveness as in person sessions.
You are welcome to begin face to face and move to online, once you feel comfortable.

How Much Are Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Sessions?

Initial Consultation (50 mins) Free
This provides you with the opportunity to find out more about how hypnotherapy can help you, as well as what is happening in your brain. This is very insightful and informative. *A £10 deposit will be required to secure your appointment, which can either be refunded if you decide not to go ahead with the hypnotherapy, or can be taken off your first session*

Individual Hypnotherapy Session (60 mins) £70
1 hour session will be made up looking at the positive aspects of your life, some more brain explanation, working on your goals, and some lovely relaxing hypnosis.

Block of 6 Sessions £350
An opportunity to book ahead, secure your dates and make some a saving (6 sessions for the price of 5)

Smoking/Vaping Cessation (no consultation needed) £150
Session is 90-120 minutes. This includes the consultation and a free recording to take home) A 50% deposit will be required to secure you booking. Please see T&C’s for cancellation policy

Phobias (4 sessions) Including the 50 Minute Consultation £210
Suitable for certain phobia’s. More complex would need to be discussed during a telephone conversation.
How Do I Pay?
Payment can be made via bank transfer prior to your session.
What If I Cannot Make The Session?
If you are running late or unable to make the session please let me know as soon as possible so we can rearrange. (if you are late, we may be able to continue, but will depend on if I have another client booked in after your session)
If you cancel the appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge. Anything within 24 hours, you will not be reimbursed (unless it is at my discretion)
