General
I strive to deliver exceptional service, treating clients with respect, care, and professionalism. While hypnosis is effective, client commitment is crucial. This entails actively engaging with session content, listening to provided downloads, and being open to making necessary changes for the process to be effective.
I am a member of the AfSFH, and the NCH and adhere to their codes of conduct which are available for you to access on their websites.
As I am not medically trained, it would be unethical for me to to diagnose medical conditions. Hypnotherapy should never replace medical treatment for any condition, and I will always encourage you to seek professional help if you are concerned about your health or a specific symptom. Please seek guidance from your GP or medical professional should you wish to include hypnotherapy alongside any other medical treatment you are already receiving.
Session Time and Payment
Your session duration will usually be between 50-60 mins. Please make time to allow a prompt start to session as we will be unable to run over due to clients that may be booked in after your session. Should you be running late or be unable to make the session, please let me know as soon as possible. I operate a 24 hour cancellation notice policy. Failure to notify outside of this time frame will result in your fee being retained.

Payments are preferred before the session, so can either be paid ahead, either per session or with a block booking, with cash or bank transfer (we can discuss in the initial consultation)
If you fail to attend without any notice, the missed session will have to be paid for in full before any further sessions can be booked.
Contact outside of sessions.
In the event of seeing each other out of the session I will always take your lead and will refrain from acknowledging your first. It is up to you how you would like to approach it. Contact between sessions will only be necessary to rearrange or book another session.
